If it&#8217;s for individual production or copying something that is mass-produced, it is usually more expensive. If you are used to other manufacturing technologies, have designed objects for that technology, and want to produce the same objects with 3D printing, it is debatable. Sometimes it is worth it, but usually, the object needs to be adapted to the 3D printing technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In 3D printing, there are always more expensive and cheaper <a href=\"https:\/\/tvaroch.sk\/en\/materials-technologies\/\">technologies and materials<\/a> to choose from, depending on the purpose. Often, the model needs to be optimized for 3D printing technology by correctly dividing, orienting, or creating cavities, thereby significantly reducing the cost. It depends on whether you can take advantage of the benefits of 3D printing, such as speed and design freedom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can get a non-binding price quote most quickly by uploading your model via our form or by sending the model to info@tvaroch.sk.<\/span><\/div><\/div> <div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-simple su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>How long does the 3D printing take?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>This mainly depends on the <strong>technology, material, size, <\/strong>and<strong> quantity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For most materials using<a href=\"https:\/\/tvaroch.sk\/en\/pla-abs\/\"> FDM <\/a>technology, the turnaround is 1-5 business days. For SLS technology, it is 3-15 business days, with the most commonly used material being PA12. For metals using DMLS technology, it is 10-15 business days. For large-format printing, depending on the material, it is 1-15 business days. Upon confirming the order, we always inform you in advance about the delivery date of the model. The delivery date also affects the final price. We offer Express, Standard, and Economy delivery options.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-simple su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><strong>What size objects can you produce?<\/strong><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">The maximum print size varies for each technology and material and also depends on the overall geometry (shape) of the printed object.<\/p>\n<p>For many large objects, which are mainly for presentation purposes, it is possible to divide them and then join them together. To cover the split areas, surface finishing can be done. Paradoxically, this can often be faster and cheaper than printing the object in one piece.<\/p>\n<p>Approximate maximum dimensions for each technology:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FDM technology: 600 x 600 x 1200 mm<\/li>\n<li>Mass production: 256 x 256 x 250 mm<\/li>\n<li>SLA\/MSLA technology: 2100 x 700 x 800 mm<\/li>\n<li>SLS technology: 630 x 330 x 550 mm<\/li>\n<li>MJF technology: 380 x 284 x 380 mm<\/li>\n<li>DMLS technology (metals): 345 x 315 x 285 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-simple su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span><strong>What file formats do you recommend?<\/strong><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Unfortunately, there are many programs and formats that create 3D objects, and we cannot support all of them. Therefore, we recommend the following widely used formats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3D printing: .STL, .3MF, .OBJ, .STEP, .STP, .FBX<\/li>\n<li>3D CNC milling: .STEP, .STP<\/li>\n<li>3D CNC milling (relief or terrain): .STL, .OBJ, .FBX<\/li>\n<li>2D CNC milling\/laser: .DWG, .DXF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-simple su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>What if my file format is different from .STL, .STP, .STEP or .OBJ?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">First, try to find out if your software supports saving or exporting to one of the following formats: .STL, .STP, .STEP, or .OBJ. You can use the online tool <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greentoken.de\/onlineconv\/\">Online Converter<\/a> or the freely downloadable program <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meshlab.net\/#download\">Meshlab<\/a> for converting.<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-simple su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>What if my file is faulty, or broken how do I fix it?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">For repairing 3D models, we have found <a href=\"https:\/\/bambulab.com\/en\/download\/studio\">Bambulab Studio<\/a> and their guide on how to fix the model to be very effective. However, it is possible that some errors may not be fixable and the model may still be faulty. You can reach out to us and we will attempt to repair the model.
