TPU is durable thermoplastic material with excellent qualities which, as one of the few, offers the possibility of printing flexible and elastic components.<\/span><\/span> Undoubtly its advantage is the high impact resistance or excellent wear resistance.<\/span><\/span>TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is available in two basic hardnesses Shore 98A and 92A.<\/span> A unique feature among 3D printed materials is up to 600% elongation to tear.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

the ideal choice for 3D printing of prototypes and functional parts that require flexibility, abrasion resistance and high chemical resistance.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The final model can be edited further to achieve smooth surface. All kinds of modeling or acrylic sealant sprays are effective in sealing.<\/p>\n

FDM (Fused deposition modeling) technology prints models by layering thin layers of material made from melted plastic fibers. This creates a firm structure with laminated surface.<\/p>\n
